General How To Do - Basics of the Basic

Here is the flow of what you will do in every money making programs:
Sign up ---> Fill in registration form ---> Confirm Email ---> Logging in---> Do what it takes to earn ---> Reach minimum payout --->Cash out

Sign-up
You would need to sign up with the program to open yourself a new account before you can start any work with the program. It is simple to do, just look around the page, and search for the button or link named 'SIGN UP' or 'REGISTER'.
(Do not attempt to have two or more accounts for yourself, you would risk your account being terminated and the earnings there would be nulled)

Registration
During registration process, besides your personal datas, you are likely to be inquired your PayPal email account as well, you would need it to receive your payment. Confirm Email
After you submit your new account registration, the system will send you confirmation email to verify that your email really exist and it belongs to you. So what you would need to do is to access it from your email account and verify it.
In case you do not receive confirmation email, possibility is that it got into your bulk or spam folder or you may have to wait a few minutes more longer for it to arrive.
In anyway, i would suggest you to open up an email account at gmail, it is super convenient and sent emails reach you just in counts of seconds.

Logging in
You should have no problem with logging in, just use the username and the password you inputted during the registration.
In most cases, they are case sensitive, so 'C' might make difference with 'c'.
If you forgot the password, just click on 'forgot my password', and your account details will be sent to your email address.

Referrals
Besides doing your own work, in most programs listed here, you should also be able to earn extra and indeed much more if you refer to people. Referrals are those people who successfully sign up by following your 'personal referral link'. Usually, you can get your personal referral link in your 'profile' page or 'my account' page. Use that personal link to refer to people and if they sign up, they would be your referrals.
Most programs pay you a certain percentage of your referrals' earnings, so, your referrals earn, you earn as well. How many levels of referrals commission you can get depends on each program policy itself.

Withdrawal
To withdraw the earned money from your account, you would need to reach the minimum cashout amount set by the program, for ex: $10, $20, $25, and so on. Money payment would be done accordingly to the program's policy (by cheque, paypal, e-gold, alertpay, etc)
